Patient underwent revisionary surgery in two stages. The procedures performed were: excision of infrapubic penile scar with "Z" plasty, removal deep scar of penis, removal lipotransfer fat, insertion of Allograft Dermal Matrix Grafts (Alloderm®), recreation of penopubic and penoscrotal junctions.
