All penile girth enhancement and glanular enhancement procedures are performed with Allograft Dermal Matrix Grafts (Alloderm®). This technique is the state-of-the-art and can be used for men of all body types regardless of their weight. No surgical implants are used for girth or glanular enhancement or penile lengthening. All penile lengthening procedures utilize The Grip traction system for optimal results.
