Slightly greater than 15% increase of flare of glans (head of penis) due to insertion of Allograft Dermal Matrix Graft (Alloderm ®) under the proximal glans cap.

Immediate length gain of slightly greater than 1 inch due to release of suspensory ligament and insertion of Allograft Dermal Matrix Graft (Alloderm ®).

Note: Patient wanted incisions to be invisible. Therefore, infrapubic and distal penile incisions were made in natural body creases (penopubic and coronal crease) for maximal concealment.
